Welcome to the USS Dragonstar's website!
Once you enter the Dragonstar site, please take note of the row of buttons on the left side, toward the top of each page. Those will be your doorways to the wealth of information currently available and planned for the site's future. The main sections are named according to what you will find there. Except for the Briefing Room, all of the sections will expand to include links to various subsections when you visit them. Here's a brief bit of information about the less obviously named ones... Briefing Room is the main portal to the site, with current news, recent updates, and related information. Main Bridge will contain the crew manifest, more detailed information about the Dragonstar's current assignment, as well as information about the Task Force it leads, and the CO and XO's offices. Utility Core contains things like the Posting Rules and some nifty tools like a Stardate Calculator. The rest of the sections are pretty self-explanatory, being named for the departments they cover.
This website has been optimized for Internet Explorer 6.0 or better, and a screen resolution of 800 by 600 or better. If you're not using Internet Explorer or an Internet Explorer-based web browser, I cannot guarantee that this site will work or function correctly for you. In particular there are some page and text formatting things that don't seem to work on ALL browsers. Also, you will need a Java-enabled browser to see this site correctly, as there are a few javascript-based toys on several pages, particularly the Warp Speed Calculator, the Stardate Calculator, and the automatic stardate generator located in the first line of the Briefing Room. These will not work correctly if you have Java disabled.
