Unlike the main Crew Manifest or the various Department Manifests that can be found elsewhere on this site, the NPC Manifest ONLY contains characters that were or are important in some way to the Dragonstar or her crew, but are NOT CURRENTLY PART of the Dragonstar crew. They may be family, friends, or rivals of characters that currently serve aboard the Dragonstar. These characters don't make frequent appearances in the RPG, but they DO pop up from time to time, and thus the need to keep track of bios for them. Also found on this manifest, for the time being at any rate, are NPC characters known to be serving on the other ships of Task Force 17.
Where possible, the characters are organized into groups, which are in alphabetical order. Any character that can't be grouped with others will be in the Mixcellaneous group.
As on ALL of the various manifests, available bios can be accessed by clicking on the Comm Badge images at the far right. They should open in their own windows. Additionally, flashing Comm Badges indicate that the bio includes an image of the character. Also, none of the characters on this manifest are specifically marked as NPCs, because they ALL are.
