Assigned to the Octavian fresh out of the Special OPS Academy.
After the destrction of the Octavian, he, like many of the crew, was assigned to the USS Dragonstar, and at one point he reached the rank of Commander and served as Commanding Officer of the Dragonstar's Special OPS Department.
Was demoted to Lieutenant s.g. for disciplinary reasons.
In 2381 he was promoted to Lieutenant Commander and reassigned to serve as the Special OPS Commander on the Sovereign Class USS Eisenhower-A.

Caught stealing restricted weaponry along with the gang he was then a member of, the Birds of Prey.
As punishment, was sent to the New Titan Penal Colony, on Titan, Sol System at age 16.
Spent three years at the Penal Colony, the director of the colony was instrumental in helping him turn his life around.
At age 19, shortly after completing his time at the colony, he was accepted into Starfleet Academy.
Graduated the Academy at age 23, was assigned to the Special OPS Detachment of USS Octavian.
