Personality: Vilagorsk is very easy going and follows orders well. Despite being a relatively happy but serious fellow, he is sometimes quick to violence, not so much out of anger, but almost as if in prescribed response to a perceived insult. Like his sister, Vilagorsk is still adjusting to Federation life and is often quite surprised at just how much liberty his fellow males have and the (in his eyes) disrespect they pay the females of their races. While personally very much a stranger in a strange land, Vilagorsk is very adaptable to new surroundings and puts a good deal of effort to behave in the prescribed manner and work within the regulations of Starfleet.

Appearance: Vilagorsk is at the tall end of average for the males of his race but tends to stand slightly hunched, poised lightly on his toes as if ready to spring into action at a moment's notice. Slightly stockier than his sister but still relatively slim, his physique seems a good balance of power and agility. His long hair flows down to the middle of his back, and he has stylishly long, thin and pointed moustache and beard, almost looking like a musketeer. His green eyes, as with all Piperaerans are pupiless and seem to glow softly in low light situations. His features are handsome and rather roguish but he does not seem to parade nor make use of his good looks as much as his sister. His "fur" is patterned in shades of olive and ochre and has similar "fur tattoos" to his sister's on his forearms. He tends to carry weapons more openly than his sister, usually a rather nasty, busy and deadly looking combat knife, obviously of some sort of ceremonial signifigance.

Physical Health: Vilagorsk is considerably wiry and strong given his tiny frame. He has considerable endurance and while he appears ready to spring into action, his movements seem well calculated, well timed and precisely executed.

Mental Health: Very sane, Vilagorsk seems to take most things in his stride allowing him to adapt quite well to changing environments.

Emotional Health: Rock solid.

Important Events in his Life:
Vilagorsk is son to Akella Tatialovna, ambassador to New Petrograd. He and his sister Vaneskaya both served in the armed forces of Vora Lugyorsh, the largest country in the Northern hemisphere of Pipera Prime. During their service, the Akellalovna siblings took part in the liberation of several third world nations and personally in the eventual overthrow of Warlord Rasputlev, Vaneskaya being 9 at the time and Vilagorsk an eager 7. For thir bravery and achievements in the conflict, Vaneskaya was promoted to the rank of Colonel and Vila was made Sergeant. Amply decorated by the cessation of hostilities, the siblings moved to the Federation Colony of New Petrograd when their mother took the position of Piperaeran Ambassador.

Due to their family's close relations with the colony (whose own ambassadors had been guests of their family for several decades on Pipera Prime), it was decided that Vanya and her brother would spend time in the service of Starfleet and after taking and passing their equivalence exams at the colony's Starfleet outpost, were commissioned as officers. Due to their military achievements, both were posted to the USS Dragonstar, though Vila was later reassigned to the USS Caden after its pilot was killed in a border skirmish.

Friends:
At the moment, Vilagorsk has not had to opportunity to forge much in the way of friendships, but time will tell how well he will get along with his fellow crewmates.

Likes:
Vilagorsk seems to keep to himself as far as his hobbies and interests go, but he enjoys camaraderie and companionship and appears to be a skilled musician, both with his voice and a variety of instruments, but is rather shy about this and requires a good deal of encouragement before displaying his talents in public.

Dislikes:
Vilagorsk has difficulty adjusting to non-matriarchal society, and sometimes becomes frustrated when others do not understand his resistence in emulating the behavior of his shipmates. He does not like undue attention and will seek solitude if badgered. He usually is very quick to do his job and do it well to avoid negative confrontations.

Goals for Life: Vilagorsk's goals are to serve his family well and to attain as much honour as he is capable of.
