Personality: Open and honest, Khrys (like other El-Aurians) tends to keep her past hidden, sharing this knowledge with her own kind, or selected friends. She possesses an incredible intellect, with vast knowledge on countless worlds, the majority of whom are still unknown to the Federation. This innate passion for learning has resulted in impressive academic achievement, earning her impressively strong degrees in her chosen fields of study. She also has a strong mischievious streak, and has spent many years honing her sarcastic wit. Like all El-Aurians, Khrys ages, but not in the meaningful Terran sense. She has an eidetic memory, empathic abilities, and coupled with near-impenetrable mental shielding, a high-level telepathic ability. She can recognize the presence of her own kind within the same vicinity. El-Aurian intuitive senses extend beyond that of the Betazoids, past normal linear space-time. Because of this, they are sensitive to time and its movement, space-time direction, temporal distortions, disruptions, alterations, loops, etc., and even a small degree of clairvoyance. It is unknown as to what else this species can do, since they are a very private, tight-lipped race. However, evidence has shown that they make beings like the Q uncomfortable, though neither side will explain why, or give indication as to the cause. Appearance: Slim, athletic build, pale blue eyes, and shoulder length auburn hair with reddish highlights. Khrys looks young, cute, and innocent but looks are deceiving... Physical Health: Excellent physical condition. Mental Health: Good, as far as anyone has ever been able to determine. Emotional Health: No problems on record.

Important Events in her Life: Khrys was not present when her people were attacked by the Borg in 2265 and scattered from their home system, thousands of lightyears from Federation space. While returning home with her mother from one of their journeys, they received an emergency message from her father on El-Auria. He warned them of the Borg attack, then was cut off as he was murdered before their eyes. The pair of them eventually settled for a short time near Cardassia, allowing Khrys to persue a Doctorate from the University. Some 27 years later near Earth in 2293, Khrys and her mother were aboard the refugee-filled ship, the SS Lakul. Part of her being was trapped in the same Nexus ribbon which destroyed her ship and a sister El-Aurian craft and caused the apparent death of Captain James T. Kirk. Following the incident, Khrys developed what otherwise would be dubbed a "sixth sense." Because she was so young (a mere 86 years old, and considered a teenager in her species terms of age), Khrys coped better with being seperated from the Nexus than a large portion of the 47 survivors. Her mother had a harder time dealing with it, spending her days and nights obsessing about her time there. In 2295, Khrys came home to find her mother missing. The only clue to her whereabouts was a note reading "It still calls to me. I must answer." Her mother was killed a few years later when she tried to fly a ship into the Nexus ribbon.
Stafleet History: "Captain Kamui Hinoto: 'Khrystal is a highly intelligent young girl. Well she's not exactly young, but she is certainly gifted and intelligent. Unfortunately she's also able to talk her way out of almost anything! That kid comes across as so sincere and likeable, that it's hard to fault her for being mischievious and bored in classes. Hell, I probably would be too if the people I had as teachers were 100 years younger than me! Khrys is a fine student, and an excellent listener. She truly cares about the people around her. She'll make a fine Ship's Counselor, if she can just follow the rules and stay out of trouble!'"
