Personal Information
Mother: Elysia Cook

Personality: Shy and quiet, he is pretty much the opposite of his sister. Much like Elly, while at the same time, very not like her. He has a natural talent with animals, sometimes seeming as if he can tame them with a wave of his hand. Can't stand to see anyone in pain, he is a very courageous, and some would say, pure English man throughout.

Appearance: Platinum blonde hair that is straight and silky, his eyes are exactly like Hannah's and his mother's. Short, but strong looking, he looks two or three years older than he actually is. He once had a heavy British accent, but that has mostly dissappeared after years without significant exposure to Britons. He inherited his mother's good looks.

Physical Health: Excellent

Mental Health: Excellent

Emotional Health: Just as rocky as his sister, but more to do with the confusion of his life than anything else.

Important Events in his Life:
Peter was born in 2367 on Luna while his mother was recovering from the Borg attack in which she was nearly assimilated. Peter and his siblings lived with their mother for two years. At that time, Andrew Soong vanished without a trace. His dissappearance had a major impact on the young family, and Elly eventually found she was unable to handle raising the kids any longer. She sent them to live with their grandparents on Earth.

The kids lived with their grandparents for a couple of years, during which time her mother was assigned to the USS Octavian as the Chief Science Officer. Elley eventually came to terms with her life while serving on the Octavian, and during a visit to Earth she brought the kids back to live with her on the ship.

Almost immediately afterward, the Octavian had a disastrous encounter with a Borg vessel. Elly was assimilated a second time, but this time she tried to help the Borg assimilate the Octavian, and that included an attack on Peter's sister Hannah. Peter doesn't really remember the incident at this point, but he does harbor a deep fear of the Borg, and occasionally still has nightmares about them.

During the family's last year on the Octavian, Peter's father was relocated. To the family's shock, he had married a former crewmate and had started a new life. Elly was granted a divorce and full custody of the couple's three children, including Peter.

Soon after, he returned to earth with his mother who was taking up medical studies with Starfleet. They lived there for a little over a year, and when Elly got her MD, she was assigned to the Octavian once more, and took the kids with her again. Not long after, in events that remain unclear to many, Peter's older brother Jeremiah was one of several people killed by a Romulan spy aboard the Octavian.

Peter was thrilled when his mother began dating her former assistant, Toroca. Peter was too young to really remember his real father, so he began to look at Toroca as a father figure. Elly and Toroca eventually married, and Peter became very close to Toroca, seeing him as the father he never had. This attitude was in complete opposition to his sister's, and caused them some friction.

Peter's younger brother, Stephen, was born in 2375. Peter was ecstatic to finally be someone's older brother. Peter and his siblings went to live with close family friend Fleet Admiral Andrew Grimm and his children aboard Starbase Avalon Prime when the Octavian was destroyed in 2377. They lived there for a little over three years.

In early 2381, Peter's mother was given command of her own ship, the medical vessel USS Jonas Salk. Since it is not a combat-oriented vessel, civilians and families are allowed aboard. Peter is currently living there with his mother and siblings, though if he had a choice he'd be on the Dragonstar with his stepfather.

Goals for Life: Peter doesn't really have any specific goals in his life at this point, though he is leaning toward joining Starfleet thanks to the fact that Toroca and Elly are both Commanding Officers, as is his step-uncle Jason, and his step-grandparents, Marcia and Michael Dimitrius are both Admirals.
